The deal
picker.ink is a free game, provided as is. Play it, share your results, tell your friends. That is the whole arrangement.
No warranty
There is no promise of uptime, no promise your streak survives a change of device (results live in your browser, not on a server), and no promise that a daily will never be regenerated by a bug fix. The service can change or stop at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the site or the duel relay, do not flood them with automated traffic, and do not try to break other players' games. Duel display names are shown to your opponent, so do not make them awful.
Content and ownership
The game, its code, its design, and its copy belong to the developer. Your results are yours. Share links you create carry your own play data and nothing else.
Ads
Ads are served by third parties, currently Google. Their content is theirs, not an endorsement by picker.ink.
Changes
These terms may change. The current version always lives at this address, with its effective date.
